The Women of Waynesville is an all women's fundraising organization, born in Haywood county in 2012.

The mission of W.O.W is to provide an outlet for women in the community to join forces with one purpose and with the collective passion of supporting the needs of women and children in Waynesville. Predominantly through innovative, diverse and inspirational ways of fund raising. To become a positive and active called upon support system for our local businesses and residents, and to bring to light the forgotten ideas, issues and controversial methods of fundraising for a community.
